ABOUT THINKINGON

For those of you familiar with Simon Sinek's The Golden Circle: We find they help clients get a better understanding of what we're about and what's important to us, so they can decide if they'd like to partner with us.

Why - Our Passion
Performance through people
We believe that great company performance does not have to come at the cost of staff. When staff are led well, in strong teams and use their strengths they feel engaged, motivated, respected and valued. That means they are willing to put in more effort - which is good for business. Great performance is sustainable when you achieve it through engaging people. Proven results
We set great store in measuring the effects of our work with teams or organisations. And not just 'happy sheets' or out-tests ... we mean real change which generates results back in the workplace. For this reason we recommend conducting before and after measurement of key indicators, so that we can demonstrate how things have changed for your business. |
How - Our Philosophy
Developing thinking
At ThinkingOn we develop the thinking strategies and mindset of your leaders and staff. We believe that when people are equipped to think correctly they make better decisions, whatever the situation. And when someone has the right mindset they will make things happen, be it learning new skills, elevating personal performance or driving change - all without needing constant monitoring. Pragmatic solutions
We recognise that clients want solutions which are practical, adaptable and meet the needs of the modern, changing world. ThinkingOn's expertise lies in converting psychological principles into real-world solutions. By understanding what you want to achieve we tailor our solutions to meet the specific needs of your business and situation. This may mean we ask a lot of questions up front, but we find this ensures we hit the mark with the right result first time. |
What - Our Expertise
Clear focus
We are experts in the three areas which have been shown to grow employee engagement and deliver organisational performance:
Advice built on evidence
We are firm advocates of 'evidence-based practice': our advice and solutions are built on solid psychology research and latest best practice, with proven results. We feel this is the best way to ensure our clients get a return on their investment and that our service is of the highest standard. This is why you'll find academic papers in the 'Resources' pages - so you can see the sources from which we draw our conclusions and make our recommendations. |

ThinkingOn has a pool of highly experienced Associates which we draw on in the delivery of large programmes and to fit specific client cultures. They represent a wide variety of commercial backgrounds, locations and leadership experience, allowing us to support the diverse nature of our clients and their needs. Every one of them is first class and all deliver a brilliant learner experience. Whenever we put forward an Associate to work with a client, we always ensure there is a meet-and-greet opportunity beforehand, for the client to get to know our Associate and give the green light for working together. |
