ThinkingOn is a group of consultants and specialists with a shared passion: generating performance through people.
We work together on a case-by-case basis to deliver bespoke solutions for our clients. That way we ensure the solution we deliver, and the people we use, are the right fit for the client. We have facilitators, coaches, academics, HR specialists and trainers all available to provide the perfect solution for you. The company is run by Mike McClellan who has more than 15 years experience of helping leaders and teams develop and perform. Mike will be your primary contact and, depending on what's needed, he will draw together a solutions team which is most able to fulfill the client brief. |
